Getting there

Hotel Bania **** Thermal & Ski is located in Białka Tatrzańska, at ul. Środkowa 181. You will easily find the travel route in any driver application. After arriving at the hotel, first head to the reception to check in. Once you have checked in, you can then park your vehicle in the underground car park. Check your route.

Checking in

Guests check in at the hotel reception. At check in, you will receive a Bania watch and some essential information about the Resort and the events taking place during your stay. On checking in, we ask for the registration number of your vehicle so that you can use the underground car park.

If you have any questions during your stay, the reception staff are always happy to help (dial 100 from the phone in your room).

USEFUL INFORMATION

Bania watch

You will receive the Bania watch when checking in at the hotel reception. The watch serves as a key – it opens and closes your room as well as doors in Terma Bania. You can use your watch to pay at service points in the resort after authorising payment at the reception – you will only need your wallet on checking out. In the winter, you can use the watch to open your locker in the ski room and get on the ski lift after purchasing the Tatry Super Ski pass.
