By the glow of the Christmas tree, surrounded by the aromas of holiday dishes and live music performed by a highlander band, we will create an atmosphere that allows you to fully feel the uniqueness of this evening.

Our Chefs have prepared a special menu featuring traditional Christmas Eve dishes with a touch of highlander flavors, presented in a modern style.
- Tartare - herring, smoked trout, onion, crème fraîche, quail egg, mayonnaise, asparagus
- Porcini mushroom soup
- Trout fillet, moskol, eggplant, oyster mushroom, bryndza sauce
- Borscht with dumplings
- Pierogi with saffron milk caps - onion, pea purée
- Pierogi with salmon - mustard sauce, spring onion, concasse tomatoes
- Breaded carp fillet, cabbage with peas, stuffed potato, tempura vegetables
- Macaroni with poppy seeds
- Dried fruit compote
- Plates with cakes
