He graduated with a degree in Tourism. From the beginning of his professional career, he has been connected with the family business in Białka Tatrzańska. At the time of transforming the guesthouse into a four-star hotel, he took over the care of the facility and for the following years developed the offer of this place. In the Resort he manages, the following are cultivated: family tradition, respect for the culture, art, and architecture of the region, while at the same time applying the most modern technologies in harmony with ecology and nature.
In the last several years, Hotel Bania has been repeatedly awarded the most important awards in the tourism industry as well as Wellness & SPA for the best family, ski, and thermal facilities in Poland.

Responsible for the strategic management of the Hotel and Terma Bania. Graduate of Tourism and Recreation. Associated with Resort Bania since 2010, where he participated in preparing Terma Bania for opening. In the following years, he served as Managing Director of Bania Water Park, and since 2012 - also Managing Director of Hotel Bania, during its transformation from a guesthouse into a four-star facility. Since 2015, he has served as Board Member of Terma and Hotel Bania, actively participating in the brand's strategic development and building its position in the tourism market.

He has been associated with Hotel Bania for almost 20 years. He started working at the reception during the times of Pensjonat Bania, and thanks to his commitment and openness to new technologies, he quickly advanced his career, moving up through the ranks to his current position. He co-created the sales department and today is responsible, among other things, for pricing policy, reservation systems, and team coordination. In his work, he combines his acquired experience with a modern approach to management and technology.

She graduated with a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Economics. She has been associated with the Resort since 2006, where she started working as a receptionist at the Guesthouse. Currently, she coordinates the work of the board office and is responsible for environmental matters.
