The juices are 100% natural, with absolutely no additives, no water, no sugar, no preservatives - 100% Nature. Pressed
with a traditional method in a small family press. Pasteurised in a natural way, just like our grandmothers used to do,
which makes the best-before date not longer than 12 months. Variability of appearance (colour, turbidity) and taste of
individual batches (more or less sweet, sourish) depends on varieties used for pressing apples.
The original highlander lemon tincture is characterized by a juicy lemon flavour itself, but combined with an interesting hint of weetness, due to the use of genuine honey. Lemon and honey are a great duo when it comes to taste. Our lemon tincture is made from natural and fully organic ingredients.
The tincture is produced from the highest quality homemade products from carefully selected ingredients which do not contain preservatives, artificial colouring and flavour enhancers. The rich aroma and numerous health-promoting properties of elderberry make it a high quality product.
Great highlander tincture produced in according to old
recipes of Tatras region, based on Angelica - a rare plant
growing in the Tatras. The tincture is characterised by
a unique spicy aroma enriched with the taste of natural
honey.

Cieszyńskie Mastne is one of the first Polish beers, noted in historical sources. Its fame crossed the border of Silesia, to be born
on the other Polish territories and border regions. It is top-fermented beer brewed in a barrel. Mastne is characterized by moderate malt, barley-wheat aroma and hints of caramel. There are noticeable fruity esters. The beer is extracted by the method of decoction.
