Resort Bania invites you to free preventive screenings on the occasion of Mother's Day – May 24, 2025!
Take care of your health and that of your loved ones! On Saturday, May 24, 2025, a mobile mammography unit (mammobus), a breast and thyroid ultrasound point, and an additional testing area will be set up at Terma Bania and Hotel Bania in Białka Tatrzańska. Those interested will be able to use a range of preventive tests free of charge, including:
- mammography examination,
- thyroid ultrasound,
- breast ultrasound,
- densitometry examination for osteoporosis,
- body composition analysis with a dietitian consultation,
- first aid demonstrations and breast self-examination workshops using manikins.
All tests will be performed by experienced medical staff from the Maszachaba Medical Center in Kraków, from 10:00 to 17:00. Examinations will take place in order of registration, and medical personnel will determine eligibility.
Mother's Day is the perfect opportunity to think about prevention and take care of your health. Resort Bania warmly invites all mothers – and others – to take part in this event and visit the educational stands.

Participation rules:
• Examinations are conducted in order of registration.
• Eligibility for the examinations is decided by the medical staff of the Maszachaba Center.
Who is eligible for the tests?
• Mammography: women over 40. Results and images will be sent by mail (CD) within 3 weeks.
• Breast ultrasound: available to any adult woman.
• Thyroid ultrasound: for any adult, result available immediately.
• Densitometry (osteoporosis): for adults only.
• Body composition analysis + dietitian consultation: for adults only.
• First aid demonstrations: no age restrictions.
