Kids Concierge – The Youngest Guests' Friend
From the winter season 2024/25, we invite you to take advantage of the unique Kids Concierge service, designed for children of all ages!
Our animation department specialist is available daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM in the Mountain Land or by phone at 505 755 499.
This true friend of your child:
will ensure the children's safety by supervising them during play,
will provide information about all the attractions and amenities for the youngest guests available within Resort Bania,
will assist in organizing additional services, ordering a birthday cake, or delivering board games to the room, as well as a crib and baby monitor for little ones,
will present local attractions, tailoring them to the age and interests of the children.
The Kids Concierge service also includes the possibility to order a private nanny who will take individual care of the child.
Our dedicated animator watches over children of all ages, ensuring their safety, fun, and care. He is Bania’s expert on children’s happiness.
Kids Concierge is a guarantee of joy, as well as support for parents who can focus on relaxation, knowing their little ones are in the best hands. More information is available at the hotel reception – welcome!
