Taking care of physical fitness is an element of good health, which - it’s not a worn-out slogan - is the most important. We have prepared dedicated Bania Velo offers for cycling enthusiasts especially for our guests. You can come to us with your own bikes or rent them on-site (including electric ones...). The choice of trips is up to you - you can:
- ride on your own, e.g. take the cable car to the top of Kotelnica and explore the charms of the Royal Road,
- use the offer of trips with transport to the starting point and pick-up at the meeting point,
- entrust yourself to professionals and take part in an organized trip
You can add the optional activities described below to your holiday plan - ask for details when booking (you can choose a dedicated cycling offer) or during your stay at the reception.

Hotel Bania, in cooperation with E-bike Tatry, invites you on bike trips to the most beautiful corners of Podhale. It’s an excellent opportunity to spend time actively and discover picturesque scenic and mountain routes on modern electric bikes. Stunning landscapes, fresh mountain air, and professional guide care will make every trip an unforgettable experience.

Velo Czorsztyn
The Velo Czorsztyn route is a picturesque cycling loop around Lake Czorsztyn – perfect for a one-day trip for everyone, even beginners and families with children. Velo Czorsztyn is the most charming cycling route in Lesser Poland: easy, well marked, ideal for relaxation with beautiful views and historical attractions in the background.

Białka Valley and Grapa Litwinka viewpoint
Białka Valley is a picturesque mountain trail in the valley of the Białka river running at the foot of the Tatra Mountains. The length of the main route is approx. 22 km. The viewpoint: Grapa Litwinka, elevation 902 m above sea level - views of the Tatras (Bielskie, High, Western), Gorce, Pieniny, Spisz and the Białka valley. The route is ideal for recreational cyclists – easy, accessible, and very inspiring landscape-wise.

Family trip Białka Valley
Białka Valley is one of the most beautiful valleys in Podhale, stretching along the mountain river Białka, which flows out from under the Bielskie Tatras.
