Availability - regulations

We offer accommodation only for persons indicated in the regulation on the establishment of certain restrictions, orders and prohibitions in connection with the occurrence of an epidemic state, exclusively upon presenting appropriate documents entitling them to stay at the Hotel in accordance with the provisions of this regulation. This requirement applies to every person using the Hotel's offer. In case of questions or doubts, please contact our Reservations Department at phone number 18 53 44 370 before arrival to clarify the reservation acceptance rules.

Our hotel services are offered to persons holding appropriate documents required by the above-mentioned regulation, namely:

• for persons performing the medical profession as understood in Article 2, paragraph 1, point 2 of the Act of April 15, 2011, on medical activity;

• for members of aircraft crew as defined in Article 2, point 1 of the Act of July 3, 2002 - Aviation Law;

• for persons working or providing services on ships or offshore drilling and extraction platforms, based on a different relationship than a seafarer's employment contract;

• for drivers performing road transport;

• for members of the train crew mentioned in § 21 paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of July 18, 2005, on general conditions for railway traffic and signaling, and other employees necessary for the provision of transport services within railway transport;

• for employees of the railway infrastructure manager employed in positions directly related to the operation and safety of railway traffic and operation of certain types of railway vehicles, as referred to in Article 22d paragraph 1 of the Act of March 28, 2003, on railway transport (Journal of Laws 2020, item 1043, 1378, and 1778);

• for persons performing professional activities in the implementation of public purpose investments as defined in Article 2 point 5 of the Act of March 27, 2003, on spatial planning and development (Journal of Laws 2020, items 293, 471, 782, 1086, and 1378, and 2021 item 11) or implementing investments concerning infrastructure and telecommunications networks, including ensuring the continuity of telecommunications services, outside the place of permanent residence;

• for employees of entities ensuring the continuity of critical infrastructure facilities of the energy supply system, energy raw materials and fuels;

• for patients and their caregivers for the purpose of obtaining health care services in an entity performing medical activity;

• for guests who are officers or soldiers of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland, Police, Border Guard, Internal Security Agency, Intelligence Agency, Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, Military Intelligence Service, Military Counterintelligence Service, Customs and Tax Service, State Fire Service, State Protection Service, Prison Service, Road Transport Inspection, and railway protection guards, in connection with the performance of their official duties;

• for persons performing work related to preparation or implementation of investments concerning the terminal or accompanying investments in the area of the terminal as defined in the Act of April 24, 2009, on investments in the liquefied natural gas regasification terminal in Świnoujście, strategic investments in transmission networks understood in the Act of July 24, 2015, on preparation and implementation of strategic investments in transmission networks, or strategic investments in the oil sector within the meaning of the Act of February 22, 2019, on preparation and implementation of strategic investments in the oil sector;

• for athletes, coaches and members of the coaching staff using these services during training camps or sports competitions;

• for candidates and other persons participating in the organization and conduct of vocational qualification exams or professional exams;

• for legal representatives, defense attorneys and proxies for parties, parties to criminal, civil and administrative court proceedings, their legal representatives, witnesses, experts and court interpreters, on the day of the court hearing or reviewing case files and the day before;

• for members of diplomatic missions, consular offices and representatives of international organizations as well as their family members, and other persons holding a diplomatic passport in connection with the performance of their official functions;

• for persons implementing investment projects in the Republic of Poland which have received support under the Act of May 10, 2018 on supporting new investments (Journal of Laws 2020, item 1752), Resolution No. 122/2011 of the Council of Ministers of July 5, 2011, on the adoption of a development program entitled "Program supporting investments of significant importance for the Polish economy for 2011-2030", or are served by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency pursuant to the Act of July 7, 2017, on the performance of tasks in the field of promotion of the Polish economy by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency Joint Stock Company (Journal of Laws 2020, items 994 and 1422), as well as employees of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency Joint Stock Company related to performing professional duties outside the place of permanent residence connected with the services of the above investment projects;

• for guests who are soldiers of allied forces temporarily staying in the Republic of Poland;

• for civilian employees of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Poland, Police, Border Guard, Internal Security Agency, Intelligence Agency, Central Anti-Corruption Bureau, Military Intelligence Service, Military Counterintelligence Service, Customs and Tax Service, State Fire Service, State Protection Service, Prison Service, Road Transport Inspection and railway protection guards, related to performing professional duties outside the place of permanent residence;

• in the scope of the House of Members of Parliament activities for persons entitled to accommodation under provisions issued pursuant to Article 46 paragraph 1 of the Act of May 9, 1996, on the mandate of a deputy and senator (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1799);

• for persons providing inspection, maintenance or repair services for medical equipment and apparatus or technical infrastructure, including technical devices referred to in Article 5 of the Act of December 21, 2000, on technical supervision (Journal of Laws 2021, item 272), related to performing professional duties or business activities outside the place of permanent residence connected with these services;

• for employees operating airports and air traffic, in connection with performing professional duties;

• for persons directly involved in preparing content used by public radio and television units and licensed broadcasters as referred to in Article 33 paragraph 1 of the Act of December 29, 1992, on radio and television (Journal of Laws 2020, item 805), in connection with performing professional duties or business activities related to preparing content used by these units or broadcasters;

• for foreigners unable to continue their journey to the place of permanent residence or stay;
  25) for passengers of civil aircraft in cases where the passenger is entitled to the right referred to in Article 9 paragraph 1 letter b of Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of February 11, 2004 establishing common rules on compensation and assistance to passengers in the event of denial of boarding, flight cancellations or long delays, repealing Regulation (EEC) No. 295/91 (Official Journal of the EU L 46 of 17.02.2004, p. 1 with later amendments - Polish special edition, chapter 7, vol. 8, p. 10);

• for guests who are controllers of the Supreme Audit Office, in connection with performing their professional duties;

• for employees of the European Border and Coast Guard Agency (Frontex);

• for participants in the judicial and prosecutorial apprentice competition, including apprenticeships conducted as supplementary traineeships, as well as candidates taking the judge and prosecutor exams and other persons involved in organizing and conducting these competitions and exams;

• for persons providing inspection, maintenance or repair services for machines and equipment used in agricultural and food processing plants, related to performing professional duties or business activities outside the place of permanent residence connected with these services;

• for sports judges whose presence is necessary for the conduct of sports competition, and for persons carrying out anti-doping control as referred to in the Act of April 21, 2017, on combating doping in sport (Journal of Laws 2019, item 1872 and 2020, item 2391);

• for journalists referred to in Article 7 paragraph 1 point 5 of the Act of January 26, 1984, - Press Law (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1914), in connection with performing professional duties or business activities outside the place of permanent residence related to practicing the journalist profession;

• for members of commissions and teams responsible for examinations in advocacy, legal counsel, notarial, bailiff professions, preliminary exams for advocacy, legal counsel, notarial and bailiff apprenticeships, and exams for persons applying for restructuring advisor licenses, as well as persons involved in the preparation and organization of these exams;

• for members of examination boards conducting exams related to entitlements arising from road transport regulations, vehicle drivers, transport of hazardous goods, technical supervision, related to performing official duties;

• for members of the State Commission for the Investigation of Maritime Accidents, the State Commission for the Investigation of Aviation Accidents, and the State Commission for the Investigation of Railway Accidents during investigations of accidents or incidents;

• for participants and persons involved in the organization or servicing of state delegations or official visits of foreign delegations invited by the President of the Republic of Poland, Marshal of the Sejm, Marshal of the Senate, Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs or Minister of National Defense, related to performing professional duties outside the place of permanent residence, particularly related to organizing or servicing these visits;

• for judicial and prosecutorial traineeships, including supplementary traineeships, and other persons engaged in the tasks of the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution;

• for candidates and persons participating in the organization and conduct of the final exam for Environmental Protection Inspector;

• for employees of the Central Examination Commission and regional examination commissions in connection with performing their official duties;

• for candidates and examiners of the State Specialization Exam referred to in the Act of December 5, 1996, on the professions of physician and dentist (Journal of Laws 2020, item 514 with later amendments);

• for persons applying for professional qualifications in property valuation;

• for members of the State Qualification Commission conducting qualification proceedings for persons applying for professional qualifications in property valuation;

• for film crew members performing activities or services during the production of an audiovisual work on a film set;

• for persons:
  a) referred to in Article 2 of the Act of July 31, 1981, on remuneration of persons holding state leadership positions (Journal of Laws 2020, item 1637), in connection with performing official duties outside their place of permanent residence,
  b) providing service or organization of official duties performed by persons referred to in letter a, if activities related to servicing or organizing the official duties are undertaken outside their place of residence;

• for candidates, their caregivers and other persons participating in the organization and conduct of the diploma exam, aptitude test, entrance exam, qualification exam, check of talents, predispositions or practical skills in an art school.
