We guarantee a stress-free holiday organization – you can purchase ski passes at the hotel reception, and your ski equipment will dry in a safe, heated locker. Modern artificial snowmaking systems on Kotelnica Białczańska ensure excellent skiing conditions regardless of the weather.

• Do I have to stand in line for a skipass? No, you can conveniently buy passes for the Kotelnica Białczańska station and Tatry Super Ski directly at the hotel.

• Where can I rent ski equipment and book lessons? The rental and ski school Stok are located just next to the hotel complex (services at an additional cost).

• What if there is no natural snowfall? The slopes are 100% snow-covered and groomed, guaranteeing skiing throughout the entire Christmas period.
